Job Description
· Collaborate with developers, programmers, and designers in conceptualizing and developing new software programs and applications
· Analyze and assess existing business systems and procedures
· Liaise with network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software applications
· Develop and maintain user manuals and guidelines
· Train end-users to operate new or modified programs
· Install software products for end-users as required

· Excellent understanding of coding methods and best practices
· Prior experience interviewing end-users for insight on functionality, interface, problems, and/or usability issues
· Familiar with MS SQL Server 2012 (Database) and above
· Familiar with Visual Studio 2017 and above
· Familiar with Programming Language in (C#, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS 3.0, Python)
· Hands-on experience developing test cases and test plan
· Flexible and adaptable in regard to learning and understanding new technologies
· Highly self-motived and directed
· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
· Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Education
· University Degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or software engineering
