Responsibilities
- Preparation of documents in English and Chinese
- Read and reply mobile messages courteously and professionally
- Maintain office records and documentations
- Liaise with other staff to coordinate work locations
- Any other adhoc admin duties.
Requirements
- 6 days work week
- Bilingual in both English and Chinese to liaise with internal and external Mandarin speaking stakeholders
- Ideally 2 years relevant admin working experience
- Experience in using Microsoft Excel
- Meticulous, good attitude and willing to learn
