Admin Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of documents in English and Chinese
  • Read and reply mobile messages courteously and professionally
  • Maintain office records and documentations
  • Liaise with other staff to coordinate work locations
  • Any other adhoc admin duties.


Requirements

  • 6 days work week
  • Bilingual in both English and Chinese to liaise with internal and external Mandarin speaking stakeholders
  • Ideally 2 years relevant admin working experience
  • Experience in using Microsoft Excel
  • Meticulous, good attitude and willing to learn
