Building Manager
- Working Location: Island wide
- Office: Ang Mo Kio
- Working days: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday half day)
- Basic: $5,500 to $6,400 (depends on experience)
Job Requirements:
- Degree in engineering/ facility management or related
- Min 5-year experience in facility management
- Security clearance will be required
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the operations team in managing the overall operation, maintenance and upkeep of the property and facilities
- To manage building’s facilities including but not limited to assets enhancement, supervision of contractors, liaison with clients and facilities operation
- Attend to feedback and service requests from clients and liaise with contractors on all maintenance matters
- Compile, collate and analyse operational data and reports for continuous improvement
