Job Responsibilities:
- Source suitable candidates & conduct initial interview;
- Scheduling and coordinating interview with client;
- Provide administrative support for after recruitment activities;
- Documentation followup;
- Station in the HR office of Client to handle Immigration services;
- Any other Admin duties as necessary requirements;
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent;
- Enjoy meeting and interacting with people;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Customer service oriented and meticulous
- Experience in admin or recruitment firm or customer service are preferred;
