Position: Retail Promoter
Location: Bugis / Raffles / Somerset
Shifts: 10am - 7pm / 2pm - 9pm / 10am - 9pm
Salary: Basic (Up to $2,200) + Commission + Punctuality Allowance + 1 month completion bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Boost product sales through effective promotions.
- Develop and execute plans to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Evaluate team performance against set goals.
- Manage daily sales activities for optimal productivity.
- Execute sales activities, ensuring proper stock, pricing, and promotions.
- Monitor competitors and identify in-store sales opportunities.
- Gather and address customer feedback promptly.
- Record sales and stock data for reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement in retail sales processes.
Job Requirements:
- Basic understanding of industry, market, competitors, and customers.
- Proficient in retail operations management.
- Basic research and analytical skills.
- Comfortable using office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in the local language, and ideally in English, both written and spoken.
