Job Description
• In charge of coffee bean sales, strategic plan development and execution, customer development, purchase and sale channel establishment, new business partnership formation, and revenue growth for the organization's operations.
• Responsible for coffee bean sales, formulating and executing strategic plans, developing potential customers, establishing purchase and sale channels, establishing new business partnerships and driving revenue growth for the company's business.
• Carry out procurement and sales transactions of corresponding commodities and contract negotiations within the scope of authorization; be responsible for the progress of procurement/sales, prevent risks, and ensure timely return of funds;
• Control and handle risks according to market changes, cooperate with the other department to maintain the value of product, and jointly discuss the strategy of combining futures and cash;
• Maintain effective communication skills, ensure two-way communication with customers, manage key customer relationships and channel development, and be accountable for establishing customer data files at all levels;
• Work-related weekly and monthly reports.
Requirements
• Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, International Trade, or a closely related field;
• Minimum 5 years of trading experience
• A demonstrated history of success in trade and commercial operations;
• Understand current and future market trends, supply and demand conditions, product quality, pricing models, and global industry developments.
• Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills and good analytical skills
• Proficient in bilingual writing in English and Chinese.
