Title :Infrastructure Specialist - System Admin
Introduction :System Administrators are the gatekeepers to the many systems that run our company and our clients. As a System Admin with IBM, you will have the opportunity to provide high-value IT services and leverage our leading-edge technology portfolio in our global network. Your work has a direct impact on the day-to-day productivity of our business by ensuring integrity of, and access to, our most important resource: data.
Have experience in the following Middleware components & minimum releases: - Docker (Version 19.X) - MSSQL (Version 2017) - Websphere Liberty (Version 20.X) - Windows IIS (Version 10.X) - IBM PA (2.0.9.x, advantage if have knowledge)
Responsibilities:
- Advise, support on System Architecture design and troubleshooting.
- Support and resolve application incident by checking system logs for in the event of any issue reported and to log/follow up ticket with software support (if required)
- Proactively monitor CVE/vulnerability bulletins/notifications & advise on the patches and impact.
- Perform patches and upgrades for the Middleware components.
Support any issue due to patches on the Middleware components. Singaporean is preferred due to the ability to be able to get clearance.
This is a client facing role and resource is required to be onsite for the meetings and collaborating with clients. Hence remote work not allowed.
