As an Accounts Executive, you would be part of a team that assist and provides the company's client(s) with accounting services such as:
- Full set of accounts including P&L, BS and GL
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- GST returns and CPF submissions
- Payroll transactions
- Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors etc
- Prepare supporting documents as and when required by client(s)
- Other ad hoc duties
Skills Sets and Requirements
- Diploma / Degree / Professional Certifications in Accountancy or equivalent
- 1-2 years of accounting experiences
- Experience in full sets of accounts highly preferred
- Experience in a corp sec or accounting firm environment a plus
- Positive working attitude with good communication skills
- Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
- Candidates with more than 3 years of relevant experience can be considered for Senior Executive roles.
