Job Description:
- Understand business processes, identify business requirements and translate into functional specifications
- Responsible for tracking and reporting of project progress, issues and risks to ensure deliverables are on track
- Support multiple applications systems and platforms
- Adhere to company, project and support standards and guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years working experience in delivering and supporting IT applications
- Basic knowledge of SQL and writing SQL queries
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Experience in managing customized or bespoke application
- Excellent written and verbal communicationskills with emphasis in technical writing
