- Improve on current SOPs by identifying loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures, conducting random checks on outlet’s compliance to SOP, and preparing audit reports.
- Support the F&B businesses which includes co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders, formulating project workplan and budget.
- Administer the POS system and other related systems.
- Partner with our different F&B business teams to develop a deep understanding of analytics needs and to define reporting, dashboarding, and data requirements.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management Team.
