Our client, an American Multinational Technology Company, is in search of a #PartnerSolutionsSpecialist to function as the primary internal operational point of contact for Gaming Partners, addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support.
This role is under a team who is responsible for managing strategic relationships with creators in the Gaming Industry for public content on its platforms. The role is operationally intensive, involving collaboration with various internal processes and systems to ensure partners' business continuity. The role will liaise with key stakeholder teams across the organization, serving as a crucial point of contact for operations in APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Include working cross-functionally to triage operational issues for Gaming Partners
- Providing high-touch solutions based on product launch status and bugs
- Assist Strategic Partner Managers with high-value partners' operational needs, and aligning with product and operations teams as an expert on specific products and platform policies.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance partners' platform experience through scaled messaging and education materials, serving as an internal advocate to connect teams to product and operational solutions.
- Advocacy for partners, resolution of issues, and contributing to gaming community building in various countries through community management and efficient communications are also part of the role.
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent
- Has 3+ years of experience in online operations, consulting, or account, partner, or project management.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Presentation experience, and the ability to be an internal spokesperson for creators and partners are required.
- Experience working cross-functionally across partner teams, solving problems in a collaborative environment, prioritizing when managing multiple responsibilities for various partners, and possessing a good understanding of the gaming industry with a passion for games.
- Fluency in English, and proficiency in Vietnamese, Tagalog, or Thai is preferred as this role with managed vendors in these regions.
- Open to contract role until Dec 2024
