Job Summary:
Support in the daily business operations for drop shipment activities, including packing and preparation of delivery of pharmaceutical products for orders. Assist in drug stock management activities.
Core Responsibilities:
· Support and assist the pharmacist in facilitating the activities of the Pacific Biosciences.
· Perform stock receipt into inventory, ensuring correct quantities, batch numbers and expiry dates are entered.
· Sorts and stocks incoming pharmaceutical products & medical devices, ensuring proper storage and handling of inventory.
· Check all prepared products to ensure that they adhere to quality control and labelling requirements.
· Maintain records related to the preparation of pharmaceutical products & medical devices, including controlled drugs (if applicable).
· Assist in providing client with information including email enquiries on clients’ orders.
Job Requirements:
· Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or equivalent
· Organised, meticulous and pay attention to details.
· No experience needed , on the job training provided
