We are an upcoming exclusive vegan omakase sushi restaurant in Singapore, with a unique concept and a vision to achieve Michelin star recognition.

Our establishment is not just a restaurant; it's an experience, a journey of flavors, and a testament to the art of vegan cuisine.

# Role:

  • We are seeking a passionate and dedicated person who will be the heart and soul of our establishment, ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

# Key Responsibilities:

  • Rotate through various roles within the restaurant to gain a comprehensive understanding of operations.
  • Participate in training sessions to develop skills in customer service, staff management, and restaurant administration.
  • Assist in daily tasks, including serving customers, managing reservations, and coordinating events.
  • Learn and implement the restaurant's policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with different departments to gain insight into the overall functioning of the establishment.
  • Shadow and support managers in decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and suggestions for improvement.
  • Prepare for a leadership role by acquiring knowledge and skills essential for restaurant management.

Job Requirements

  • 1~2 year of Related experiences
  • Passion for the restaurant industry and a strong interest in vegan cuisine.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various roles within the restaurant.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Enthusiasm for pursuing a long-term career in restaurant management.

Working hours

  • 5.5 days or 6days (Can Choose)
  • Working hours: 10:30-2:30; 6-10 Monday-Saturday (restaurant close every Sunday)
