# Role:
- We are seeking a passionate and dedicated person who will be the heart and soul of our establishment, ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience.
# Key Responsibilities:
- Rotate through various roles within the restaurant to gain a comprehensive understanding of operations.
- Participate in training sessions to develop skills in customer service, staff management, and restaurant administration.
- Assist in daily tasks, including serving customers, managing reservations, and coordinating events.
- Learn and implement the restaurant's policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with different departments to gain insight into the overall functioning of the establishment.
- Shadow and support managers in decision-making and problem-solving.
- Contribute innovative ideas and suggestions for improvement.
- Prepare for a leadership role by acquiring knowledge and skills essential for restaurant management.
Job Requirements
- 1~2 year of Related experiences
- Passion for the restaurant industry and a strong interest in vegan cuisine.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various roles within the restaurant.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Enthusiasm for pursuing a long-term career in restaurant management.
Working hours
- 5.5 days or 6days (Can Choose)
- Working hours: 10:30-2:30; 6-10 Monday-Saturday (restaurant close every Sunday)
