Roles & Responsibilities
- Server Administration, including scheduled server data backup
- Provide technical support solutions to users in the organization
- Performing first level troubleshooting
- Basic website design and maintenance
- Brochure/Banner design
- Marketing strategy
- Manage vendors
Requirements:
- Experience in Server administration, basic knowledge handling Business Premium Microsoft 365
- Able to edit basic HTML and c# code
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and OS (Windows)
- Knowledge of basic setup and configuration of devices such as firewall, switch, IP phones, wireless controller and access points
Advantages to have:
- Understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing and LAN Technology including switching and routing fundamentals is a plus
- Knowledge in MS Dynamic CRM
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
- Mobile development
