We are looking for energetic, proactive, and sales-driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Executive/Manager. You will be working in the HR recruitment industry and be responsible for proposing FastGig's products and services to solve employer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote FastGig's products and services to potential customers
- Identify and actively seek out sales opportunities
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
- Work closely with customers to build long-term relationships
- Manage the whole sales process from prospecting, pitching, negotiating etc.
- Work with customers and internal teams to ensure that the customers’ needs are met
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales with a track record of consistently achieving targets.
- Able to work independently & is self-motivated
- Proactive and sales driven with a good customer service mindset
- Team player and works well in a collaborative environment
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Relish the challenge of working in a fast pace startup
- Knowledge in the HR recruitment industry will be an added advantage
