Job Description • Take up appointment as the Nominee Director for our clients
• Execute responsibilities as a Nominee Director for our clients, in accordance with our engagement terms with those clients, and in full compliance of our Company policies as well as relevant regulatory requirements (e.g. the Singapore Companies Act)
• Highlight to the Manager or the Company Management opportunities for business growth while executing your responsibilities
• Any relevant responsibilities as assigned by the Manager
in addition, the candidate should not be any of the below
Connected to or born in any country which is listed under the US Sanctions list
• Bankrupt
• Convicted of any offense that involves fraud and dishonesty
• Convicted by the court for ACRA filing offenses
• Involved with three or more companies that ACRA struck off within five years
• Disqualified for Companies Winding Up on the grounds of National Security or Interest
• Disqualified for Unfit Directors of Insolvent Companies
• Disqualified for Failure to Make Returns Due to regulatory requirements, only Singapore citizens are eligible to apply for this role.
