ABOUT THE ROLE
The Assistant/Marketing Manager will mainly oversee and support all paid media strategy and campaigns across channels, including paid social, paid search, video, display and all other forms of digital advertising. This skilled professional is also expected to participate in new business development, especially focusing on the new audience segment of group buy projects (cater to new homeowners, ie BTO, EC, Condo, Resale Market). The project aims to provide the necessary appliances for a house based on the house type, owners' needs and product price range.
This role is expected to work closely with all teams and departments inside the organization, connecting media with the rest of the business, and elevating the strategic role of media within Gain City.
In addition to the above, you’ll also be responsible for:
Performance Marketing
- Overseeing promotional campaigns KPIs on social media, ensuring that KPIs are achieved within budget and maximizing profits
- Utilizing analytics tools/software, and critical thinking and analysis, to manage and evaluate digital marketing performance
- Tracking conversions for all campaign/events and constantly improve on enhancing conversions to leads generation or sales
- Building reports using internal data, optimizing overall lead acquisition
- Remain up to date on existing and emerging trends in social media
Product Marketing
- Practicing social listening and developing a roadmap for growing the social followers across social channels (FB, IG & Tiktok)
- Working with marketing managers and ecomm team to create and monitor a social calendar
- Monitoring and guide junior stuff to answer sales & general enquiries on social and communication platforms (ie, FB, IG, Telegram, Email, etc)
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns for different platforms and growing new audience segment
- Work closely with internal marketing/creative teams in the development of campaigns and marketing assets.
- Understand lifetime value models, return on ad spend, user segmentation, behavioral prediction, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- Adaptability in a SME / startup environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing
- Deep knowledge of retail and digital marketing, basic knowledge of SEO will be an advantage
- A clear understanding of social media and how to translate strong campaigns across these channels
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Excellent project, time and people management skills
- Keen learner and a team player with a great sense of responsibility, proactive with a positive attitude
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (ie Google Analytics) and media networks
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail
- Able to multi-task with excellent organizational skills and meticulous in work assigned
- Able to work under a tight timeline in a fast-paced environment
