Our client is currently seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join their team as Service Crew members (Team Members).
Summary:
You will be on the frontline of providing exceptional customer service. You'll work in a lively and energetic environment, delivering delicious food and creating memorable experiences for their guests. No previous experience is necessary – just bring your positive attitude and passion for great food!
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive demeanour. Assist guests in placing orders, provide recommendations, and ensure accurate order fulfilment.
- Order Preparation: Assemble and prepare food items according to the client’s quality standards. Ensure efficient and timely delivery of orders to guests.
- Cashiering: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle cash and electronic payments with attention to detail.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, service counter, and workstations. Assist in keeping the restaurant well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management.
Qualifications:
- A positive and friendly attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
