Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Strategic Planning:
- Conduct market research to identify and understand target audiences, market trends and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategy.
- Develop and plan sales strategies to enhance company’s competitive position in the market.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative marketing techniques.
Brand Management:
- Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Develop and drive brand positioning and messaging to differentiate from competitors.
- Responsible to maintain close relationship with existing key accounts to ensure continuing of contract.
Marketing Analytics and Reporting:
- Establish and market analytics frameworks and processes to track and measure effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Analyze marketing data and insights to optimize marketing strategies and drive continuous growth and improvements.
- Generate new accounts and exploit business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- At least Diploma/ Degree in Engineering from recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales & marketing with engineering background, preferably in Semiconductor/ Electronics/ Components/Wafer Fab/ Plastics industry.
- Able to work independently and as a team with minimum supervision.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills and high EQ.
- Frequent overseas travels required.
- A third language skill will be a plus.
