JAPAN RAIL CAFE is looking for a Kitchen staff (Kitchen Crew) to cooperate with the kitchen operations team, and provide good quality dishes from our menu.

Job Responsibilities
- Overall kitchen operations
- Customer service (communication, serving, cleaning)
- Monitoring food quality and quantity to ensure profit margins are maintained
- Ensure compliance with SFA regulations
- Supporting the manager and kitchen supervisor for developing & installing new menus
Job Requirements
(Must Have)
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Have a cheerful mind and good sense of hospitality
- Be a team-player who can readily handle a fast-paced working environment
- Kitchen operation experience
(Good to Have)
- Knowledge and experience in cooking/developing Japanese-style cuisine
- F&B operation experience
