- Delivering consistently high quality food to customers
- Ensuring that food preparation is done well and promptly
- Maintenance and cleanliness of the kitchen area
- Reporting to and advising management of kitchen related issues
- Development and contributing to food programs
- Regular stock monitoring, reporting and ordering
- Training and communicating to part time/ad hoc kitchen staff regarding standing operational procedures

Working hours
- 6 days 44hrs
- opening: 9AM(report 830) to 2/3/4PM
- Mid shift: 11AM/12PM to 4/5/6PM
- Closing shift: 4/5/6PM to 10PM
