MUST HAVE:
- Strong communication English and Chinese (written & spoken)
- Accounts management / Full Set / Monthly Closing
- Proficient in Microsoft Offices especially Excel (Vlook Up, Pivot Table)
- Proficiency in MYOB
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good analytical skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily Cash Flow & Monthly English and Chinese version reports
- Generate Tax Invoices / CN / Receipts
- Follow up AP and AR
- GL - Journal Entry
- Prepare payments
- Prepare monthly debtors SOA
- Bank Recon
- Update monthly exchange rate in ABSS / Foreign currencies rate table
- Petty cash claims
- Update expenses
- Cash flow forecast and planning
- GST Filling
- Yearly Budget report
- Payrolls
- Monthly OED submission
- Monthly CPF submission
- Annual Leave / MC updates
- Submit IRAS for employment Income
- Yearly prepare all audit requirement
- Leasing with auditors / tax agents
- Renewal of trademarks / Licences
- Prepare incorporation of new set ups in other countries (when required)
- Adhoc duites
