Responsibilities:
• Support daily operation of in Finance, HR and Admin Department
• Record suppliers’ invoices and staff claims and process payments
• Manage HR and general administrative duties
• Maintain Meticulous employee records and documents.
• Maintain Meticulous employee records and documents.
• Coordinate data across departments to ensure prompt salary disbursal.
• Handle admin works and handling orders, invoices, po, customer related communications etc
• Resolve employee queries regarding HR process and administration
• Facilitate the hiring process and organize seamless onboarding
• Develop internal company documents and materials for employees
• Implement HR policies and collaborate with managers to ensure compliance.
