Job Description
- Perform reception duties and other administration works
- Perform stationery and beverage supplies inventory administration
- Ensure general cleanliness of meeting rooms and reception area
- Perform telephone operator duties
- Handling, sorting & recording of incoming and outgoing mails
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a NITEC certification in any field
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice
