Responsibilities
To provide clerical and support functions in the Emergency department as well as the reception services including patient registration, scheduling appointments, billing and enquiries.
Requirements
· GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level or Diploma holder
· Service-oriented, confident and have a passion for helping others
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
· Able to work 3 shifts on Public Holiday and weekend
· Comfortable to work in ward settling which is non-airconditioned
Candidates with relevant experience could be considered for a Senior role
