Responsibilities:
- Identify training gaps for yearly training plans in compliance with the company objectives.
- Develop, implement and organize training activities in accordance with the policies and training programs of the company.
- Identify and utilize training assessment tools and provide training plans.
- Provide support to the team and improve overall employee capability and productivity.
- Conduct training program for employees, both internal and external resources.
- Write training reports for evaluation.
- Conduct research on market trends.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- ACTA/ ACLP/ DACE Certified will be ideal
- With 4 - 6 years of relevant experience, preferably from retail/ fashion retail industry
