About the Job
You will offer legal support for establishing compliance systems and critical business endeavors, such as gaming, data privacy, and corporate matters.
- Analyze legal issues within the regulatory frameworks of Singapore, Indonesia, and other Southeast Asian countries to ensure compliance and minimize regulatory and political risks efficiently.
- Strategically collaborate with business units on contract review and negotiation for gaming projects and other relevant matters.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with authorities in Singapore, Indonesia, and other Southeast Asian countries.
- Conduct legal and integrity training sessions.
Skills & Experiences Required
You will need min Bachelor's degree in law from a reputable institution and hold admission to the Singapore Bar.
- Accumulate at least 5 years of post-qualification experience with reputable legal firms and TMT/Gaming companies.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Indonesian culture, religion, and legal systems.
- Exhibit high efficiency and self-drive capabilities.
