Job Responsibilities:
- Check and analysis drawings, authority requirements and tender specifications
- Check site installation whether it is in accordance with design and standards
- Check and prepare for discrepancies of drawings to be highlighted to consultant
- Oversee the projects and follow the term and conditions of contracts. Ensure compliance to contracts and the drawings with regulatory specifications
- Able to coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, project managers, sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Attend meeting with architects and consultants
Job Requirements:
- Candidate with at least 3 years of experiences in Construction industry in Singapore
- Knowledgeable in Autocad software will be advantaged
- Has a positive attitude and sense of responsibility
- Able to handle construction projects with the commitment to work
- Fluency in Mandarin is essential to communicate with Mandarin-speaking contractors, knowledge in dialects will be good.
- Able to use Microsoft Project to present schedule to the client
- Knowledge in Construction and Renovation regulation in Singapore.
5.5 days work week
- Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6 pm
- Saturdays, 9am to 1pm
