Key Responsibilites:
- Enrolled Nurse provides direct nursing care to clients and caries out nursing duties on orders of the Staff Nurse
- Support nursing care, care planning and evaluation of care for patients
- Assist Staff Nurse during treatment
- Check vital signs and record daily information
- Roster to ensure personal hygiene / showering / activities
- Home Care are done at home and at Centre
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Diploma or degree in nursing
- Registered with SNB
- With some clinical experience in Community Care will be advantage
- Billingual in English and able to communicate simple words in Mandarin & local Dialect is an advantage
- Respect and able to communicate well with Seniors
- Good team player with pleasant disposition and physically fit
