Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the company’s consolidation, reconciliation, budget & forecast, cost management, financial analysis and business activity reports
· Assist in preparation of materials and reports for Board, Audit and other Committee Meetings
· Assist in the financial year-end process which includes co-ordination with all company entities for reporting and the preparation of company financial statement
· Handle tax matters which would include the quarterly GST filing, corporate tax computation and transfer pricing compliance
· Monitor and report deviation of revenue and expenses including key value drivers
· Liaise with auditors, financial institutes, government agencies, company secretary, tax and accounting agents
· Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in Accounting
· At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in audit/group consolidation of accounts
· Meticulous, Strong analytical skills and proficient in MS Office
· Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
