Candidate is required to assist senior QS with 2 years experience on Residential projects
- Price/ forecast the cost of the different materials needed for project
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and cost control documentations
- Taking-off quantity for projects
- Resourceful & Independent Pre& Post contracts administration and control
- Sourcing for quotations from specialists, suppliers & sub-contractors - Price comparison & costing summary with specific deadline, prepare costing of project & site measurement
- Track changes to design &/or construction work & adjusting budget projections accordingly
- Work closely with project team for variation orders and progress claims
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey, Architecture, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Willing to learn and work under pressure
- Meticulous, able to work independently & with high level of initiative - Good team player
