Well Known Japanese pre-loved Luxury Goods retailer is hiring Retail Store Executive for Opening of outlet at Suntec City.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Service, make product recommendations based on customer needs
- Provide excellent service and build long term relationships with customers
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product range
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge of the target customers, product range, industry trends, customization and sales methods in order to deliver excellent customer experience
- Process sales transaction with a high degree of accuracy
- Provide customers with after sales services, such as repair, returns or exchange
- Maximizing sales to achieve sales targets
- Maintain a clean and orderly sales floor, including restocking products, tidying shelves and arranging displays
- Housekeeping, ensure cleanliness of entire store
- Process online order for collections, packing for delivery as required.
- Managing customer enquiries and replies to customer for online enquiries and orders
- Receive incoming goods
- Assist with transferring products, inventory and stock counts
- Maintain and training talent
- Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with established guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail industry
- Minimum GCE ’O’ Levels or WPLN level 5
- Experience in Luxury or high-end products, such as branded bags, watches etc.
- Friendly, approachable and customer service oriented
Renumeration:
- Basic Salary: from SGD2,500 per month
- Commission and Sales Incentive
- Transport Allowance: SGD80 per month
- Company group insurance
- Annual Leave: 14 days per calendar year
