The Role
- Manage the campaign planning process from planning, commercial negotiation to execution with relevant stakeholders
- Work with design agency and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate uploading of content for campaign pages, promotion codes, Shop pages, product listings
- Understand consumer habits and provide brief to Designer on campaign layouts that will encourage browsing and conversions
- Facilitate suppliers booking of E-commerce assets and ensure submission of promotion banners are in line with guidelines
- Manage Guardian’s portfolio on platforms (Guardian.com, Shopee, Lazada) including product upload, product updates, delisting, returns management, stock accuracy, and shop content creation & updates
- Increase sales conversion by creating banners to convey product messaging and promotions
- Ensuring attractive deals, pricing, promos are setup accurately on the platforms
- Liaise with commercial and fulfilment team for any issues and challenges
- Assist customer service team for escalation cases
- Report and escalate issues to relevant internal and external stakeholders for troubleshooting
- Competitor monitoring and suggestions on improvements for an optimum customer experience
- Any other ad-hoc campaign related and administrative tasks
About You
- Minimum a Diploma in Business Management or related disciplines
- 1- 3 years of relevant experience in retail/e-commerce industry
- Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication (spoken and written) and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Experience in FMCG will be an advantage
