The temporary contract accounts assistant will handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable function inclusive of local and oversea suppliers payment, assist with internal and external audit activities, statutory tax reporting (ie. data extraction, etc.) and any other ad-hoc assignments.
Responsibilities
Accounts Assistant is member of the finance team covering the following roles :
- Full spectrum of Accounts Payable includes handling payment to both local and overseas suppliers.
- To perform reconciliation on supplier's Statement of accounts.
- Assist with Internal and external audit activities, any adhoc request & etc.
- Assist with Statutory tax reporting, i.e. data pulling & etc.
- Others - task as assigned.
Requirement
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Time management.
- Meticulous and problem solving.
- Proficient with Microsoft excel and word.
