Work location: Ang Mo Kio (5 days work week)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales documents, loan applications documents & insurance documents with accuracy
- Check bank transactions & update instalment payments
- Send reminders to hires for outstanding payments
- Liaise with banks, hirers, workshops & other relevant parties
- Maintain proper filing system & ensure documents are in good order
- Data entry of information into the system
- Provide administrative & coordination support to the department
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess at least "O" Level certification
- Fluent in English & preferably in Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Candidate should be keen to learn, meticulous, self-motivated & comfortable working with numbers
