We are looking for an energetic Sales Engineer who enjoy meeting and interacting with new contacts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new leads and offer professional assistance to clients.
- Prepare proposal for tender submission.
- Oversee accounts throughout sales cycle and work with the client executive.
- Responsible for providing technical support, responsive services and prompt complain resolution.
- Cultivate excellent client relationships.
- Determine improvements for the products, carry out costings, bids, proposals, quotations, negotiation, and sales orders.
- In-charge of providing weekly reports, addressing and resolve complaints from the clients.
- Coordinate with engineering and maintenance team to support customer requests.
- Other ad hoc tasks may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any Engineering field.
- At least 1-3 years related work experience.
- Enjoy meeting new people and striking up conversation.
- Good knowledge with the ICT/ Systems Integrator
- Demonstrate proficiency in problem-solving.
- With interpersonal skills and able to perform multi-tasking.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
