About the job
As a Quality Specialist for the organization, you are required to:
- Conduct quality control checks and tests on analytical instruments and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures and protocols for analytical testing processes.
- Analyze and interpret data from analytical tests to identify trends, patterns, and deviations.
- Investigate and troubleshoot quality issues, deviations, and non-conformances to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance to address quality-related issues.
Requirements
- To succeed in this role, you must possess a Degree in related disciplines, preferably with minimum 2 years of related work experience
- Having strong analytical skills and the ability to remain patient in challenging situations are essential qualities.
- Demonstrating a persistent drive to solve complex technical problems will be highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
