- Attend to calls, emails and face to face meet up with clients
- Follow up with enquiries
- Pro-active clientele communications
- Generate and follow up on tenancy contracts
- Administrative and planning support for sales arrangements
- Monthly reconciliation
- Dormitory Management System (DMS) update
Job Requirements
- GCE A’ Level and above
- Class 3 Driver’s License
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Bilingual
- Be able to work individually and a team
