- Overseeing full spectrum of HR activities including talent acquisition, management and retention, performance management, training and development, compensation and welfare, HR budgeting and payroll, statutory/regulatory reporting, employee work pass matters;
- Provide day-to-day support of HR operations;
- Review, upgrade, and develop HR policies to support the business as it grows;
- Partnering with management and work independently to deliver impactful HR/people initiatives and employee engagement to drive retention of the team and support growth;
- Document management - contracts, agreements, HR-related employee letters, work permits, etc;
- Manage payroll and administer Compensation and Benefits of employees;
- Keeping abreast of, and implementing where appropriate, employment legislation and HR best practices.
