Responsibilities:

· Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

· Understand clients' needs and requirements and present appropriate solutions to meet those needs.

· Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

· Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals to achieve sales targets.

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

· Collaborate with the relevant team members to develop strategies for generating leads and promoting products or services.

· Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

· Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and provide feedback to management on sales performance and market trends.

· Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events as required.

· Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry regulations.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.

· Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

· Self-motivated and driven with a results-oriented mindset.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred).

· Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Base Salary: $1600 - $1800

Commission: 10% for every $10,000

Salary amount to put on ad:

Base + Commission: $9k to $ 12k.
