Job Scope:
Production
- Compilation of production data using SAP.
- Verify production data and investigate when there are signs of discrepancies.
- Check and verify the efficiency and yield from production.
- Monitoring of transferred raw material from warehouse to production and from production return to warehouse.
- Monitoring of finished goods quantity vs raw material usage.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
Inventory Control
- Conduct daily cycle count.
- Generate reports for customers.
- Create goods return notes for customers.
- Assist in goods receiving.
- Monitoring of inventory in warehouse and liaise with 3rd Party warehouse.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- GCE “O” Level / Diploma in Business or equivalent
- Experience in data compilation, analysis, and reporting in FMCG industry
- Familiarity with SAP is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint.
