· Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and business growth.
· Evaluates and manages new business opportunities including shipyard business.
· Oversees market analysis, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs.
· Negotiating ongoing contracts with suppliers and customers.
· Conduct progress meetings and review work schedules.
· Carry out estimation and billing work.
· Prepare and update worklist for endorsement by Owner’s Rep.
Qualifications & experience
- University Degree in relevant commercial or business subject.
- 3-5 years experience in a commercial role in Marine or Shiprepair industry.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and communication (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
