Job Responsibilities
- Handling day-to-day accounting functions, such as recording financial transactions, preparing and maintaining financial records.
- Assisting with accounts payable tasks, which involve processing supplier invoices, verifying payment details, and coordinating with vendors for timely payments.
- Assisting with accounts receivable tasks, including generating customer invoices, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts
- Assisting with data entry, document preparation, and generating reports.
- Managing petty cash, remittances, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders.
- Providing support for business operations and Providing general office administrative assistance.
- Assisting with HR-related responsibilities, such as recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Assisting in organizing training programs and workshops for employees.
- Providing general support to the accounting, admin and HR department as required.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assignd by the Supervisor.
Job Requirements
You are passionate, creative, an achiever, highly self-motivated and an independent individual who is detailed oriented, possess strong skills in design concepts, perspective and project management good presentation skills; able to work in a team and independently, possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to perform under tight schedule and pressure.
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting/LCCI/ACCA or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience.
- Experienced in accounting software and MsOffice.
- Able to converse with English and Chinese speaking clients, contractors and vendors to complete projects effectively.
