Responsibilities:
- Overseeing, planning, and implementing the best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness based on WSH act/regulations by Government.
- Assess the company’s HSSE Management System to identify any deviation, weakness or significant change in organization, risk control measures and provide recommendation for improvement.
- Conduct or coordinate In-House Training Program, Safety Promotions or other safety-related activities for all Staff.
- Perform safety audits and inspection and to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure safety regulation compliance.
- Investigate accidents, near-miss incidents, and occupational injuries to determine causes, install preventive measures.
- Assist in maintaining certifications such as ISO, Bizsafe certificates.
- Conduct weekly 5S inspection and prepare reports.
- Update and manage all Risk Assessment documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any Engineering field study.
- Must have 3-4 years of experience in implementing WSH/EHS regulations in manufacturing environment.
- Ability to response to emergency, performed risk assessment and hazard analysis.
- Ability to perform safety audits and inspections.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
