Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Support the full spectrum of Human Resource functions which includes recruitment and selection, employee relations, payroll management, and training and development
- Responsible for the full payroll functions
- Execute HR operational functions in relation to employees’ data maintaining, leave administration, employee benefits administration, medical claims, work pass applications, letter preparation, training registrations, etc.
- Support the recruitment process, such as sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, etc.
- Support the employee on-boarding and off-boarding process, and updating of employee movement
- Support the consolidation of monthly headcount reports, government surveys, and any other HR reports for the Group
- Assist in the reviewing of policies and process flows
- Support all other Administrative duties
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and any other assigned Admin duties
Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR
