Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers’ enquiries & daily quotations
- Co-ordinate sales requests such as checking stock availability and delivery schedules
- Preparation of quotation, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders etc
- Liaison with customers and suppliers before/after job completion
- To liaise at all times with all team members and work as a team to reach targets set by the sales department
- Coordination between customer and suppliers on all/any matters
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Provide assistance to sales teams in daily operations and administrative work
Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of working experience
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Good customer service skills
