IT Department Manager, his responsible for overseeing IT personnel and daily operations within the IT department,his duties include:
- Creating job posts, interviewing and hiring qualified candidates.
- Relaying information between upper management and department employees.
- Managing the department budget.
- Conducting routine evaluations of network and data security.
- Locating and seizing chances to enhance and update software and systems.
- Creating and implementing the organization’s IT policy and best practice manuals.
- Creating workshops and training programmes for staff.
- Performing routine system audits.
- Running routine system operations reports and sharing them with top employees.
- Salary : SGD7,000-SGD12,000 depending on experiences
- 5.5 Working days , but need Overtime working .
