Teacher of Geography
An outstanding and inspirational Teacher of Geography is required for August 2024 due to growth in the Secondary School. We offer Geography at Key Stage 3, IGCSE (Edexcel) in Key Stage 4 (Year 9-11) and IB Geography HL/SL in the Sixth From.
The successful candidate will have experience of teaching Geography throughout Secondary with experience of teaching IB Geography an advantage.
Geography is a popular option with a strong focus on educational visits to local sites and participation in global competitions linked to the Nord Anglia Education Global Campus online.
The successful candidate will be passionate about driving high quality teaching and learning in an inclusive school and committed to making a difference to the lives of the young people in their care. They will be a reflective practitioner and an effective collaborator, relentless in the pursuit of ‘better’ practice.
Teachers contribute to our pastoral care and well-being programme and to our co-curricular programme, having full involvement in our vibrant community. A curriculum or pastoral Middle Leadership role may also be available, so candidates are strongly advised to indicate interest in their application.
