Duties and Responsibilities


· Perform receptionist duties and day-to-day administrative work.

· Responsible for flight and hotel arrangements.

· Maintenance of Company master calendar.

· Consolidation of Employees monthly attendance records.

· Consolidation of invoices and arrangement for payments from vendors.

· Support insurance renewal related matters.

· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Skills and Competencies


· NITEC or any professional certification in office skills or related fields.

· Preferably with 1-2 years’ relevant experience. Training will be provided for candidates without relevant experience.

· Proficient in MS office applications (Excel, Word & PPT)

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

· A good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
