Job Description
· Serve as a technical authority and expert within the team.
· Provide technical leadership to a team of PCB engineers.
· Lead and oversee the design and layout of complex printed circuit boards.
· Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
· Lead and oversee projects from conception to completion.
· Conduct thorough design reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards, design guidelines, and project requirements.
· Develop project plans, set milestones, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
· Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to deliver reliable solutions.
Job Requirements
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in leadership role.
· Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering /Computer Engineering.
· Possess strong knowledge in electronic circuit design and PCB layout.
· Proficient in PCB design software such as Altium, Cadence Allegro, or similar electronics design software.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
